governor says his main concern is getting help to senior citizens, the sick and disabled. fema has moved its headquarters out west. bge reports that more than 90 acres -- 90% of customers have had their power restored -- 98% of customers that have their power restored. the highest concentrations of outages are in baltimore county. >> to be zero separate water main breaks in northeast baltimore -- two separate water main breaks in northeast baltimore had crews very busy. >> how long are they thinking traffic is going to be impacted? >> it is still not clear. public works official said it could be as many as a few days before the roads are reopened. before about 40 residences and businesses get their water restored. you can see that crews are still on the scene tonight working to restore that water main break. public works crews hard work during morning rush hour. just hours later, another break the 4600 block of york road. >> both breaks are unrelated. they happen to occur within six or seven hours of each other. >> the culprit is one already well-known. >> one of those things that
